Any service delivered by International Diamond Laboratories is subject to prior client registration. A signed copy of the Client Registration Form and the Client Services Agreement is therefore required.
For direct shipping, please fill out the Packing List. A signed copy of the Client Registration Form and the Client Services Agreement is to be added. All direct shipments should be properly insured and handled by reputed and authorized courier services. The Client authorizes International Diamond Laboratories to return the Articles after performing the requested services at the Client’s expense using the same courier.
